Connect Artaxnet to PriceLabs for Dynamic Pricing

It’s built for property managers using Artaxnet who want automated, dynamic pricing instead of manual rate updates. PriceLabs pushes daily rates, minimum stay, check-in/check-out restrictions, and extra person fees directly into Artaxnet for up to 730 days in advance. KB article

Note: your Artaxnet listings need at least 2 years of generated rates for the integration to work successfully.

In PriceLabs, click “Add your listings” or “Add/Reconnect Listings,” select Artaxnet from the PMS / Channel Manager dropdown, tick the box to allow Artaxnet to add listings to your PriceLabs account, and click Save. Then in Artaxnet, go to Menu → Integrations → PriceLabs → Configure integration, enter your PriceLabs email, select the rate plan for each category, and click Link. After linking, click “Save and send to PriceLabs” (each category needs at least 2 years of generated rates), then check Integrations → PriceLabs → Edit Configuration and switch “Modo de Operação” from “Somente Notificar” to “Notificar e Acionar.” Full steps in the KB article.
