Dynamic pricing provides automated daily rate and minimum stay updates based on market data and your property's performance. You get a 30-day free trial when you add your units for the first time. The cost varies depending on the number of synced units and location:

• USA, UK, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and Israel: $19.99 USD per unit/month (plus taxes where applicable).
• Brazil: 47.50 BRL per unit/month (plus taxes where applicable).
• Rest of the world: $9.99 USD per unit/month (plus taxes where applicable).

We have a sliding pricing scale, meaning rates are discounted from the second unit onwards. We also have a percentage billing plan available — please contact us to know more.

No payment or credit card information is needed to access your free trial. Once the free trial is over, you can choose if you want to continue or not. To continue, please enter your payment information in the Billing page of your account.

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards.

Yes, you can choose to pause your subscription or delete your account with PriceLabs anytime you want.

If you pause syncing for any inactive unit, you will not be charged after the end of the current billing period.

Aside from the flat fee subscription, we also offer a percentage billing plan that is 1% of the total revenue that we're seeing from your integrated platform (booking channels or PMS). Generally, flat fee plans are cheaper, but if you prefer the percentage plan, we have it available.
