PriceLabs can update rates up to 720 days into the future (on request), along with minimum stay and check-in/check-out restrictions. Rate plans are supported with fixed amount or percentage-based adjustments, and you can choose to sync pricing only, pricing with restrictions, or neither.

How do I connect my Channex account to PriceLabs?

In Channex, go to your User Profile > API Keys, create a new API Key, and copy it immediately (it's shown only once). Then in PriceLabs, select 'Add Your Listings', choose Channex, and paste in your API Key to connect.
