PriceLabs sends dynamic pricing and minimum stay restrictions directly to Previo, replacing manual pricing with automated rate management. It's built for hotel operators using Previo who want data-driven pricing across room types.

What features are supported by this integration?

The integration supports pricing by occupancy and dynamic rate updates, with automatic or manual synchronization, up to 365 days ahead. Note that maximum stay restrictions are capped at 28 days in Previo; longer minimum stays will cause sync failures.

How do I connect my Previo account to PriceLabs?

In Previo, set initial prices and availability at least two years out, mark rooms as offered online, and note your Hotel ID from the account URL. Then in PriceLabs, select "Add your listings," choose Previo, and enter your Hotel ID to connect.
