Automate ResNexus Pricing via PriceLabs

PriceLabs syncs dynamic rates and extra guest fees directly to your ResNexus listings, replacing manual rate updates with automated, market-driven pricing. It's built for hotels and campgrounds using ResNexus who want to stop manually adjusting rates across units.

PriceLabs can push rate updates up to 729 days into the future, along with extra guest fees for guest types like children and pets via the Extra Guest Mapping screen. Bedroom counts aren't fetched automatically from ResNexus and must be set manually in PriceLabs, and packaged or complimentary reservations aren't shared via the ResNexus API — these can be added via CSV upload instead.

Before connecting, set up Groups in ResNexus so that only units with matching guest capacity and rates are grouped together, each with a designated Master Unit. Then in ResNexus, go to Settings > Integrations Marketplace, find PriceLabs, and click Connect. Locate your Hotel ID under Settings > Direct Connect > PriceLabs > Registration, then add it in PriceLabs when connecting your listings.
