Automate Update247 Pricing via PriceLabs

The PriceLabs and Update247 integration synchronizes pricing data between the two systems, sending daily rates and minimum stay requirements to Update247 for up to 610 days in advance.

It's built for property managers using Update247, Australia's all-in-one PMS and channel manager, who want automated rate updates across their listings instead of manual price changes.

The integration supports automated daily price syncing, minimum stay rules, check-in/check-out restrictions, bedroom count sync, and room type mapping for multi-unit properties.

In PriceLabs, select "Add your listings," choose Update247 from the PMS dropdown, and authorize the connection by checking "Allow Update247 to add listings to your PriceLabs account." In Update247, map your listings to the corresponding PriceLabs entries and activate the properties you want to import.
